On Nov.28, 2017, the Trade Fair of China (Kazakhstan) was grandly opened at the Almaty International Convention and Exhibition Center. The heads of the business departments of both countries attended the opening ceremony. Almaty is the largest city in Kazakhstan as well as the economic, technological and educational center in Central Asia. It is an important node city in the "Belt and Road" strategy.

In Kazakhstan, Jinggong Steel International participated in the construction of the main stadium of the 2017 World Expo Pavilion in Kazakhstan, Astana New International Airport, the Astana Ice Hockey Hall and the Huchinsk Piste and other projects, helping "2017 Future Energy Astana World Expo " held successfully.
